Privacy Statement

The protection of your personal data is a special concern for us. We therefore process your data only on the basis of legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003).  This privacy statement provides information on the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our web page.

Contact

If you contact us via email or the form on this web page, your personal data will be stored for six months in our system for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of further queries. No personal data will be forwarded without your consent.

Our webpage does not use any cookies.

Newsletter

If you register for our newsletter, you will receive regular mailings from us. The newsletter is sent via the Mailchimp service, a platform of Intuit Inc, 2700 Coast Avenue, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

If you subscribe to my newsletter, your name and email address will be stored on Mailchimp's servers. The processing takes place on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time by unsubscribing via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by contacting us directly.

Mailchimp processes your data in the USA. We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Mailchimp, which contains standard contractual clauses (SCCs) to ensure an adequate level of data protection. Nevertheless, it cannot be ruled out that US authorities may gain access to your data.

Our newsletters contain so-called “web beacons”, which make it possible to analyze whether the newsletter has been opened and which links have been clicked on. This data helps to optimize content. The analysis is anonymized and exclusively for statistical purposes.

You have the right to information, correction, deletion and restriction of the processing of your data. You can find out more about this in my general privacy policy.
