On these two days special emphasis is placed on dance. The movement of the body as an inspiration, as a stimulation of awareness, as an awakener of joy and peace, as an opportunity to walk through life more inspired, as a way to get enthusiastic about your own wholeness and abundance, as a chance to go beyond our fears and limitations, and to fill our place in life.
The Oriental dance, whose center is the belly, the center of life, helps to stimulate the powerful within us, our vitality and joy of life. It is accepting the gifts in and around us.
The Samah dance, whose center is the heart, the center of love, leads to embedding. It stimulates the vastness within us, removes us from time and space into the realm of oneness. All is one, says the heart and teaches us to receive and give at the same time.
